Pros

Working with Peak Support doesn't feel like working in a business company. Ever since I got hired last October 2021, I've always felt like I was part of a close-knit family rather than just an employee. In all of the companies that I've worked for before, I can confidently say that Peak Support is everything an employee could hope for. From day one, it was clear that Peak Support prioritizes its employees' well-being and growth. They always create an event or just something that would delight their employees. They always made us feel that our opinions are heard and acted on. My colleagues felt like friends and family rather acquaintances. This environment not only encourages me to bring my best self to work but also motivates me to continuously improve and excel. In all my years of professional experience, I've never encountered a company quite like Peak Support. It's not just a place to work; it's a place where you can truly thrive, grow, and be part of a supportive family. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of the Peak Support team.

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
