Pros

Work from home, and relationship with colleagues.

Cons

Don't believe the ratings, it's padded. You get biased ratings when management drives its employees to write reviews in here. Unrealistic goal setting, and the management doesn't observe personal boundaries (ie, you get to work way past your hours of work), plus the usage of faulty HRIS resulting in pay disputes, and lastly, this company does not settle its obligation to former employees within 30 days from employees' separation as set by DOLE despite completion of clearances. It's not a great place to work as it claims to be.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
