Pros

I really like what Peak Support has to offer. No more commute hassle, giving me more quality time with my family and the things I like to do. Also, even if we are from different places, the company always ensure to encourage everyone to build that connection with one another to develop a good working environment. We also often see the people behind Peak Support and have the chance to interact with them on regular company huddles.

Cons

I can’t think of anything negative right now. I’m really enjoying my employment here at Peak Support. We are a growing company, a fast growing one. I personally understand the growth pains. I’m looking forward for the company overcoming these challenges, emerging stronger and being one of the top BPO companies here in the PH.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
