Pros

In the beginning, it was fairly solid. Great training, pretty fast paced, but, you learn a lot (if you are given) the appropriate team lead, that is good at leading; willing to genunily support and guide you. I had the greatest fortune of coming across a great lead, and without her help, I would have been sinking the first week. (Hint: Project Neighborhood) Work from home; a great opportunity, the benefit to do your job at the comfort of your own settings. The HR Manager, Susan, fantastic; a sweetheart, easy to talk to, and willing to give those a chance.

Cons

Now, the Cons most definitely outweigh the Pros. When you first start on, during orientation, it feels like you are walking into an infomercial. They give you the bubble gum highlights how they're all a team, and that it has this family feel to it, and that everyone there to build you up, and you help build them up. The elevator pitch can suck you in, but it's nothing what is advertised. There is a lot of favoritism played out here. You just get this ominous feeling of you being the new student during the middle of the school year, and you are rallied around a bunch of professional bullies, who has no qualms to show you that they're bullies. It's incredibly shameful and tactless. And this applies to some of the team leads they have helming their projects. (Specifically) Team Gourmet. There are a few people there who need to reprimanded for how they approach their team members, less shallow and more professional. It's false leadership at best. It is also very biased, they can point you for anything, and everything, and you are not exactly sure why or what you were in trouble for; at least until you hear back from your (lead)s) a week later, when they should give you feedback that same day or next day. The feedback is very scattered brained, too. The training, when put onto a new project, is simply rushed. You have no leg room to even breathe. They just throw you to the wolves, literally! And when you are participate in the disjointeness, they will scold you and use you up (unless you pander to the team leads). Again, the cons outweigh the pros, and that is the sad part. Because, collectively, it is a relaxing WFH company, but it seems it's falling flat when it comes to mega conglomerate that it could be. However, how you treat your employees, staff, and team, speaks volumes on the dark cloud hovering... One other thing; the favoritism (as someone previously mentioned) towards the Philippines team is egregious in compare to the U.S. team.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
