Pros

I am so glad to be part of Peak Support. As a single mother of four, this company has truly helped me provide a better life for my children while offering the work-life balance I need. I feel fulfilled and accomplished in my role, and the growth I’ve experienced, along with the amazing support from both my team and the company, has been invaluable. I’m truly grateful for everything Peak Support has done to support me personally and professionally.

Cons

While there are always areas for improvement, such as optimizing some internal workflows, I believe Peak Support is dedicated to continuous enhancement. Every organization faces challenges, but what truly matters is the commitment to progress. I appreciate the company's focus on growth, and I'm excited to be part of its ongoing journey toward excellence.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
