Pros

I genuinely enjoy working at this company. The team is fantastic—everyone is responsible and collaborative, making it a great environment to grow professionally. Opinions are valued, and I feel heard, which is something I greatly appreciate. The company also invests in its employees by allowing us to suggest training programs we need, ensuring our skills stay sharp and relevant. Achievements don’t go unnoticed either; it's incredibly motivating to be acknowledged for doing things right. The salary is slightly above the industry average, which is another great incentive. Overall, this company fosters a culture of respect, growth, and recognition.

Cons

One downside is that the work is in the night shift. However, the company ensures proper compensation for this, making it a manageable trade-off.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
