Pros

*WFH *Company provided Equipment *Competitive (ish) salary

Cons

*some of the most aggressive metrics for their on-phone reps that I've experience, even after working with 4 different customer-facing accounts. For the type of concern and the possible complexities of the job, the ridiculously low metrics in terms of AHT and ACW are lethal to employee's ability to sustainably do the job *a ridiculously hostile policy in regards to bathroom breaks. I appreciate that the position was WFH and lunch is paid (30 mins) but the fact that you then had to work: *2 4-hour blocks when you were expected to NOT BE AWAY from your laptop *with mandatory on-cam calls with your team for the entire shift *and the WFM posting the names of people who dared to take 10 mins away from the station (over the course of the day) due to needing to use the CR is atrocious. I can only hope they've since done away with that ridiculous policy

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
