Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Peak Support is that it let's us work at the comfort or our own homes. This set up helps me or allows me to work professionally and handle my personal responsibilities with no hassle. I can better manage appointments, family needs and personal errands. Working from home eliminated my stress associated with traffic and travelling for almost two hours going to the office and back home.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that you do not have personal interaction with your co-workers but that doesn't apply to me because I really love to stay at home.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
