      Flexible schedule for the most part is very nice

      Micromanaging leaders and lots of busy work that takes you away from important tasks. The company has the worst processes to solve issues and conflict resolution is not efficient

      Decent pay. Not much else.

      Cons

      No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
