Pros

Great people to work with. In 15 years employment I saw a lot of changes, however the one common denominator was the quality of my coworkers and our commitment to our customers. As my job has been outsourced, I doubt anyone will be able to say the same again.

Cons

Company has lost its direction. Too many reorgs and reduction in force. A new CEO would help. Outsourcing is a short term solution, I fear for the long term health of this company. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" will play out in the next year or so. Too bad that once you realize this it may be too late to turn this company around.

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
