      Flexible working 9 day fortnight Work remotely

      Cons

      Low salary for experience they require No banded or graduated salary scale You can buy shares with monthly payments but not see any return for three years! Pension contributions by employer minimal It is so big you just don't feel part of anything and each sector not treated equally.

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
