Business Outlook
Pros
When the company is doing well, they do payout a bonus. However, the company hasn't been doing well for years.
Cons
There's minimal amount of development work involved in the position even though it is advertised as a developer position. Majority of the development job has been outsourced to offshore vendors. It's a mundane job with lots of cutting and pasting. The workload is unrealistic and it is not distributed evenly among team members. Instead of hiring full time employees, they hire co-op students to do majority of the work. For full time employees, that means training a new batch of students every three to four months. If you want to improve your skill as a developer, this is not a suitable job for you.
