Pros
The organisation works at a relaxed pace. There s no one who pushes the employees to work for longer hours despite targets nearing. Have cab facilities for all employees.
Cons
Organisational structure seems to be in jeopardy. They dont have clear organisational structures neither do they tell you regarding the growth. Lots of Internal politics which is affecting the organisation itself.
