      It's a good place for someone starting out in the industry to collect great skills and gather good exposure to variety of tech stack. Salaries and benefits are not that great but work culture is awesome with good work life balance.

      Decent pay. Not much else.

      Cons

      No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
