Pros

Benefits under Pearson were decent until the company sold its OPM to Regent (private equity firm)

Cons

Run for the hills if you're still part of the OPM division (formerly POLS, now Boundless Learning). Pearson knowingly sold you off to a private equity firm to avoid paying out severance to the hundreds of loyal, hard-working employees who were unceremoniously laid off in early August 2023. Constant instability, lack of transparency and communication, low pay, and little opportunities for growth are just a few of the reasons I urge anyone still working for this company to get out while you can. Life post-Pearson is infinitely less stressful.

Pros

The job was easy and flexible.

Cons

The job was boring since you had to watch the testers, and not be on your phone.

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
