      work/life balance. career growth. great pay. low turnover rate. most people here work for 7 years or more. People are easy to work with as a team. Respect your opinion.

      Layoff across various department. Used to give quaterly bonus but no longer available. Company is budget cutting.

      Decent pay. Not much else.

      Cons

      No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
