Pros

Most of the people I interacted with in my day to day were amazing and hard working.

Cons

Pearson has visions for new roles and positions but does not execute them. Many leaders including line managers do not interact with their teams. In my org, we did not have annual performance reviews, thus raises, riffs and bonuses were based on the opinion of your manager. If you were well liked, you got a nice raise and a good bonus. It seemed many riffs were done based on if leaders liked you as a person or not. It was not based on your quality of work.

Pros

The job was easy and flexible.

Cons

The job was boring since you had to watch the testers, and not be on your phone.

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
