Pros

Salary and bonuses are above average.

Cons

Regularly worked 60–70 hours per week and employees never came first. Board of Directors and shareholders are more important to Pearson than the employees.

Thank you for your feedback and for your dedication over the 20 years you were with us. It's important to us that our employees feel supported and are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance, so we are disappointed to hear about your experience. We will work directly with the appropriate team to understand how we can better prioritize our employee’s work to ensure this does not become a trend. We wish you all the best!

Pay is reasonable for working in the education field but is slightly lower than working in other parts of tech.

Pros

Decent pay. Not much else.

Cons

No lunch break, no breaks in general, can’t go to the bathroom for hours on end, the managers’ daughter gets special treatment because her mother is in charge. Constant criticism and unfair treatment.
