Being comprised of K-12, Higher Education, International and Technology divisions makes this a very dynamic environment for individuals to find opportunities. Pearson also has locations across the company (and the world) that make for interesting travel experiences as well as a great deal of relocation opportunities.
Cons
You need to make your own way and define your own growth and professional development goals. There is not much mentoring nor is their a lot of training or cross pollination of knowledge across groups. It takes a very strong career minded person driven to succeed on their own in order to find success here.
