Pros
The company is very prompt with paperwork, offer direct deposit and great benefits, work to make sure any issues you have with your contractor are satisfied, and offer great support all around.
Cons
Since it is a staffing company you really don't get to meet any of the recruiters or HR Reps. Poorer school systems may not always be able to renew contracts which means you would need to relocate to a new job if they cannot afford to resign with the contracting company.
