PediaStaff is a small business, and the owners are active in running the company day-to-day. In the 13 years I’ve worked at PediaStaff I’ve been impressed by our business ethics, our regard for each employee, and our concern for the children they treat. Obviously, we're in business to make a profit, but I’ve seen many decisions made with more regard for fairness and principles than finances. PediaStaff always remembers that the result of what we do is a child receiving the services they need to improve their life.
