Pros

Someone is out there helping you find a position. Someone to talk to when you have concerns

Cons

Waiting until end of July/beginning of August to get a position. Lower salary. Bad salary hikes, especially now with inflation so high. Not being able to stay within the same district for more than a year sometimes.
