I worked at PHS as a new-grad RN and it was a great experience. Since leaving, I have worked for 2 other organizations and PHS overall had the best workplace culture. I felt genuinely supported as a staff member and felt that PHS made solid efforts to make their RNs feel valued. They also offer some of the best staff education I've ever received. They have a good team and it seems like everyone there genuinely enjoys their job.
Cons
Home care pay is not the best, but not at the fault of PHS, which they were always fighting for with insurance etc.
