Great culture and team - Registered Nurse Pediatric Home Service Employee Review

Culture, Community, Work-Life Balance, Support, Education. I worked at PHS as a new-grad RN and it was a great experience. Since leaving, I have worked for 2 other organizations and PHS overall had the best workplace culture. I felt genuinely supported as a staff member and felt that PHS made solid efforts to make their RNs feel valued. They also offer some of the best staff education I've ever received. They have a good team and it seems like everyone there genuinely enjoys their job.
