Pros

Food in break room ( good luck getting any requests)

Cons

Of the 9 AE's that were hired when I was - there are TWO left after less than 6 months. Lowest pay of any AE job probably in the Utah Valleys. In nearly 6 months of meeting quota i made... 50$ commission. The OTE they told us was so far off its insulting- and it wasn't even that high. I was told after voicing concerns about pay and hours "There are a lot of sales people in Utah." That's how Peek see's Utah- a place to get cheap AE's they can turn and burn. You can make money- after about a year of grinding long hours for low pay. Maybe if you just need experience this is the place for you ! There are meetings that are scheduled every week for 6pm. They are mandatory. The food they buy you is to keep you working lunch and for some dinners. If we feed them they have to stay right? The reason that no one else has left a negative review is that they are being nice. The negative ones get buried by good ones- which the management asks everyone to do working...

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
