Pros
Atmosphere, hours, no dress code, compensation, culture, stocked kitchen, free parking, coaching, weekly catered food, Matt Hunt. (Getting this job has been life changing! Don't be fooled by the starting salary, this is a sales role, which means you gotta go make your money. But the salary is far from what you're going to actually make. The culture is so cool at the office, I have never felt so comfortable and happy to be going to work, ever. Everyone is willing to help, I have learned more from asking co-workers than I have managers. This is a very learn-on-the-go job, and I was actually scared by previous Glassdoor reviews before accepting this job. I can confidently say, those reviews are from a past time in Peek's history. Times have changed, and times will keep changing! Peek is a 6 year old start up, and being a part of it is so cool to witness. This company is doing well and clearly going places, I hope to move up the ladder and stick with Peek for years. I am currently in the process of helping my friend get a position here - and NOT for the referral bonus - I want Peek to help change his life like it has changed mine. Strongly recommend this position, at this company, if you're looking for a hard-working sales role that compensates handsomely. If you're looking to make friends with co-workers, and not have a superior breathing down your neck, this is the place for you! Normal weekday hours, you can literally eat breakfast and lunch here every day, plus two catered meals every week! (Also, for the skeptical readers, I was never asked to leave a GOOD review, I was simply asked to leave a review. So this is 100% truthful.)
Cons
Vacation, location, 401k, wellness program, lengthy onboarding.
