Pros

Culture, compensation, leadership, industry outlook & career growth/expansion options. The culture is extremely participative, inclusive, positive and energetic. The compensation is great, revamped and very lucrative if you perform to expectation or not. The leadership here is amazing! First thing that I noticed when I started here was that they really cared for those who are under their stewardship, I have heard countless times of managers putting their necks out on the line for their employees. My particular manager is dead set and focused on his reps development, even if it means telling them that it is time to move somewhere else that will keep them growing. The industry outlook is huge! There is a massive space for Peek software, this makes sales easy and the referral business better! As a start up, Peek gives room for growth into management, other departments and to new roles! When I moved to Peek, every part of my life improved! Peek is an incredibly positive life force to its employees, it has completely changed mine!

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!
