Pros

- Paid 2 weeks of vacation for Holidays engineering wide; separate from PTO - Flexible Work from Home policy, with scheduled days where the entire team works from home. - The challenges the travel industry have are unique compared to other traditional tech verticals - Everyone wants to collaborate and learn about each other's lives - both their role within the org and personal - Weekly catered lunch and breakfast - Monthly and holiday gift cards to spend on the platform to allow us to use our own product - Executives are highly engaged and approachable - Company is experienced in global distribution of teams

Cons

- The 401k is weak compared to other employers - No commuter benefits - No clear career progression paths / flat hierarchy - PTO is accrual, other employers provide a flat "budget" of PTO days on the 1st of January to spend throughout the year - company is working through standard growing pains: organization of resources and information, development process refinement, working as larger teams, etc.

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
