Pros
Great atmosphere, even virtually. Started during the pandemic, but even just from zoom calls/slack, it's obvious the amount of collaboration and hard working people in this company. Moving up/moving departments is common to see. Feedback is taken seriously and actually implemented -- when managers ask for opinions, they're actually asking, it's not just to check it off the list. Benefits are not what they typically are (so I'm told) due to the pandemic, but they try to find alternatives to fit the world's current situation. Flexible schedule. "Shoutouts" to coworkers inside and out of company meetings are commonplace.
Cons
While afterwork hours are valued as nonworking hours, not everyone in the company commits to certain work/life balances, it can feel like there is an unspoken pressure/expectation to work harder to "keep up"/get recognition.
