Pros

Peek's culture is unmatched. When I was interviewed for this company, the leadership I spoke with praised the culture and after being here for almost 9 months I can honestly say they were absolutely telling the truth. I have never worked in a more incredible place. I am valued and praised daily for the successes I have, big or small. I have constant avenues for help when I need it, from people within my department as well as people outside of it. Everyone here does whatever they can to help everyone else succeed. Goals are easily attainable, the company has found the perfect balance between pushing you to work hard while making clear, achievable goals and quota. It truly feels like a family, and I've never had that at a job before. I have a position that on paper isn't the most glamorous, cold calling. But the training and devotion the leadership puts into us as reps makes the job so much more than that. I love the aspect of accountability and the collaboration each week with my team members. We never stop pushing each other or learning how to be better. We are constantly evaluating our calls, skill set, ratios, time management and anything else that could help us succeed. Working a remote job has never felt more collaborative. I could be happy here forever and I truly feel like I found the unicorn of companies.

Cons

There is nothing about this job that deserves a bad review

Pros

The biggest pro? The people. Everyone is genuinely collaborative and invested in each other's success. Working remotely with real flexibility has been a game-changer. The integration of recent acquisitions has fast tracked my growth and development in ways I never expected. It has been a wonderful opportunity to learn multiple business models and brand cultures in one role. I can't wait to see what is next!

Cons

The company has been in growth mode for nearly a year—acquisitions, integrations, new platforms launching. The pace can feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're energized by change and growth, you'll gain skills and experience in months that typically take years elsewhere.

Pros

Peek operates in one of the most exciting segments of travel—helping tour, attraction, and experience operators modernize their businesses. The company is mission-driven, and teams care deeply about supporting operators and improving the booking experience for millions of travelers. People are smart, scrappy, and willing to take ownership, which creates real opportunities to drive impact. The company is entering an exciting new phase of growth with the addition of ACME and Connect & Go to the broader platform. These acquisitions expand Peek’s ability to serve attractions and operators globally while broadening the product ecosystem across ticketing, distribution, and on-site guest experiences. For teams working across product and technology, the opportunity to help shape a larger platform and unify capabilities across brands is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

As the company grows and integrates new platforms, priorities can evolve quickly. The pace can be demanding, but it also creates opportunities for teams to influence the platform's direction and contribute to meaningful progress.
