Pros
The sales team has a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration. A great place to learn top tier sales practices. Remote- first policy leads to a ton of schedule flexibility. The product itself is literally the best on the market, so it's super easy to pitch.
Cons
The BDR role is tough and the expectations are high. If you aren't metric driven, competitive, or hardworking you may not find the sales team to be a good fit for you. Remote culture can make communication less nuanced which can occasionally lead to mixed messaging.
