Do thing the right way instead of cutting corners. - Easy access to Company Policy. Never an unanswered question I'm genuinely happy at this job. I found purpose in my days that I had lost in my previous career.

Genuinely, I dont have any specific cons at this moment regarding Pegasus. Maybe implementing more security cameras but thats more of a property issue than company.
