Horrendous. Overworked and under paid and not appreciated - Manager Pegasus Residential Employee Review

The multifamily industry is fast-paced, so priorities can change quickly. It requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to adapt, but those challenges also create opportunities to grow professionally.

- Use of (Maintenance app) helps stay organized - I started two months ago and already I feel my opinion is extremely respected by Property Manager and Regional Manager - Encouraged to learn. Do thing the right way instead of cutting corners. - Easy access to Company Policy. Never an unanswered question I'm genuinely happy at this job. I found purpose in my days that I had lost in my previous career.

Genuinely, I dont have any specific cons at this moment regarding Pegasus. Maybe implementing more security cameras but thats more of a property issue than company.
