Pros
The benefits are some of the best in the industry .... PTO is amazing , better then average commission, paid holidays, and tons of room for advancement. Upper management is FANTASTIC(seriously how rare is that in a company?!?). I think what really touches my heart about the company is how much they promote diversity and how much they truly care about their employees. Upper management is always there to encourage you and offer praise for achievements, they are constantly open to ideas and feedback even from a lower level employee like myself, and they are approachable. One of the VPs and founders even remembered my name after only meeting me once ... What a testament to how much they genuinely value their employees. Now this company isn't for everybody. I truly believe they only hire "the best" but if you are a team player, can read out of the lines of your job description, hardworking, thrive in a challenging and fast paced atmosphere and are a goal getter with a "can do attitude" then this company is for you! Sometimes the goals they place seem impossible but they give you the tools to achieve them and are there for guidance .... I think sometimes we all need a little "pegasus push" to see how results that comps would find "impossible" to be possible! I love the work hard/play hard atmosphere and the "if you can believe it, you can achieve it" mentality! I am young in my career and I really really hope to grow with this company!
Cons
Sometimes the work load can be overwhelming and it's hard to take the PTO. Commissions are great but base pay could be more in line with competitors especially since we are "the cream of the crop". But this is the fastest growing company in property management so these are just some of the "growing pains" that are to be expected. Overall though I can't say enough good things and I will work for them for as long as they'll have me.
