Pros
Everyone's friendly, I sense no politics & management genuinely seems to care about the properties and making the owner's happy. Again, everyone is so friendly - it seems simple, but it's EXTREMELY difficult to find people this nice in this industry. This industry is plagued with politics & favorites, but not with Pegasus. Everyone is approachable too. ALL of the properties are nice and attractive, they usually have Class A (Class B at the lowest). It's just overall a REALLY nice company.
Cons
Very, very few complaints. While the properties are nice, sometimes the rents are over priced. And I am just not saying this naively. There are tons of newly constructed Class-A lofts popping up all over the place across the country, offering all-inclusive rent packages - Pegasus needs to rethink their rent strategy so we can remain competitive. They also micro-manage too much when you're falling in occupancy - daily updates and random pop-ups won't help push leases. Strong work ethic and the market/traffic will. I strongly encourage anyone to apply here (beware, you have to pass a credit check though, while mine is A+ I think it's a horrible practice that possibly leaves out potential great employees)
