its a beautiful building, and most residents are very nice.

Cons

toxic work place, gossip and lies run this place, regionals are garbage and lie. nothing good about this place if you are not willing to be thrown under the bus.

The work is meaningful and people are great

Cons

The corporate culture is terrible. They do not value their employees. They also have illegal labor practices that come down straight from the top of the company. They are currently facing a class action lawsuit in California for wage theft. And from what I’ve seen in a different state, they operate in the same corrupt fashion. The local leadership is great. The corporate governance is terrible. They just stole hundreds of hours of payable/cashable accrued PTO from employees in my state which is considered wage theft here, and they struggle to comply with the local employment regulations here with their brutal corporate policies
