Pros

There are so many amazing things about working for Pegasus. They really care about their employees and residents. The owners / officers have been in the senior living industry for decades. They value my input from the community level and are always willing to speak with me. I am allowed the freedom to run my building the best way I can. Pegasus provides support in so many ways, including financially which can be rare in our line of work. I have been seen some rough company times in my short time with Pegasus (COVID19 included). I have the utmost respect and gratitude for the way Pegasus leadership has reacted to these difficult times. I am granted autonomy, but have never felt alone. THANK YOU Pegasus Senior living! You are amazing to work for!

Cons

This is a young company, there are still growing pains - but it's a great ride! If you are not willing to put your all in and be held to high standards, this isn't the place for you. The responsibility for your job lies squarely on your shoulders (but you'll never carry the burden alone). Good Luck!

its a beautiful building, and most residents are very nice.

Cons

toxic work place, gossip and lies run this place, regionals are garbage and lie. nothing good about this place if you are not willing to be thrown under the bus.
