Pros
The connection that you make with the residents, staff and leadership is like an extension of your family. You are encouraged to make a difference everyday and do the right thing, even when it isn't easy or no one is watching. Unique to this company is the senior leadership. I have had countless phone calls and interactions with them, they listen, help find solutions and admit mistakes or failures. The CEO has genuine concern for all his residents, families and staff. He will take calls from anyone and work to solve their issue or concern. He demonstrates compassion and understanding but pushes people to continually do better or do the right thing. In light of all that is happening in our world, they are striving everyday to protect our residents and staff while still doing what they promised to do. It is not easy, days can be long and tiring, but in the end you know that if you need help, just reach out ... it is there if you ask.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any. However, they are a young company and there are times of struggle. Those times are not for the faint of heart and require people to push through to success. They did not take on an easy task when entering the buildings they did. There are bound to be difficult moments and even sometimes the wrong decisions made, but they use these opportunities to learn and grow.
