Pros

Benefits and bonus structure are good. It's a new company with several opportunities for career advancement. I have over 20 years experience in senior living. This is by far the most responsive senior leadership team I've ever had the pleasure of working for. They put the residents first and encourage the Executive Directors to "be the CEO" of their communities. There is rarely a "one size fits all" approach. I work close to the Community Support Center (corporate office). The senior leadership visits often and regularly solicits feedback from residents and staff. Many times our residents don't realize they are speaking with the CEO!

Cons

It's a new company, so we are still experiencing some growing pains. That is to be expected. No place is perfect; however, concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.

its a beautiful building, and most residents are very nice.

Cons

toxic work place, gossip and lies run this place, regionals are garbage and lie. nothing good about this place if you are not willing to be thrown under the bus.
