Pros
Nothing. It's allowed to being free attitude when you are working. Some of Senior gonna teach you NOT TO BE SO Serious to your works. Some of Senior are chatting What are they going to buy or shopping things all the time. Some of Senior can enter office so late, and playing Foosball on time every single day in his 5+years career.
Cons
Salary is lower than industry average. Some people just with negative working attitude, feeling like he/she is going to retired. Not efficiency of HR. HR says lies, and some of them are not going to help employees with anything.
