      Pros

      Clean water is obviously important and they have great products.

      Cons

      Once owned and controlled by a caring family. Sold to a cold, corporate entity. Many negative cultural changes. Everyone is just a number. Management does not want to take responsibility and will lay blame on the next available person; they are rude, arrogant and inconsiderate.

      Pros

      Phenomenal company with great people, You have a lot of opportunity in the kind of an environment, I would gladly work there again if it came down to it.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. They are doing a great job of expanding the company. while keeping customer satisfaction above all.
