Pros
Well, the pay was not too terribly bad, but that is about it. The health insurance provided was good.
Cons
Mandatory overtime. Also, the management staff is very corrupt. The HR Department will not help operators!! They only cover for management's many mistakes. Low hours during the winter. (Have to have second job) In tax season for 2015 Pella incorrectly advised employees how to fill out their taxes causing operators to have to pay extra for their mistake.
