Pros

Pella offers a unique, open culture of collaboration and support - and has a great network of leaders at all levels of the business. Having the stability of a company that's been around just shy of 100 years is important to me, so I plan to be with Pella long term.

Cons

We are constantly trying to improve, which means sometimes we try things that don't work out. Our corporate structure and network can be confusing to someone new. Our products and services are very diverse, and extensive, which sometimes makes things feel more complex than they should be.

Pros

Great product, hours were good, and good culture overall. I worked there for well over 10 years and was very sad to leave.

Cons

The Birmingham branch went through several owners during my long tenure with the company. Each owner had its pros and cons. Eventually Birmingham was bought out by the corporate office. The company constantly changing owners gave alot of anxiety and employees were often left feeling a lack of stability. There is not alot of room for growth and the starting pay is not the best, unless you are in Trade sales.
