Pros
The people that work here are fantastic, and as of the last few years this office is locally owned. The job is very autonomous and has a lot of freedom and flexibility as long as you hit your numbers. You are essentially running your own business and you choose how successful you are. The earning potential is awesome and the benefits are pretty good.
Cons
There is a lot of computer work that goes into this job and eats up a lot of time, some days it feels like your not even a sales rep. The company has grown sales a lot in a short amount of time and the infrastructure has not caught up yet, leaving more work for the reps that shouldn't be their responsibility. There is a very large learning curve when entering this industry. There was very minimal room for growth.
