Pros

Pella has a caring culture that supports team members as we drive to continue to achieve great results through our 95 year history of innovation and investing in our people. I never thought after transitioning to Pella 21 years ago, I would be here that long, but the people, culture and continuous push to be the #1 Brand have kept me here as there is always a new challenge.

Cons

No company is perfect and as we continue to grow, there will always be opportunities around focus, what to do and more importantly what not to do with our limited resources. While difficult and at times creates pinch points in resources, growth is a great problem to have and we will continue to work through those challenges.

Pros

Great UX/UI interfaces, generally easy to navigate systems if you have general computer knowledge but can navigate multiple systems and screens. Great metrics which make it easier for as coordinators to not feel so stressed out to get to the next call, but to also know we do still need to take another call. Team leads and trainers at Pella Corp are amazing.

Cons

Remembering to constantly have to clear cache and cookies it a little annoying to get everything to work apporpriatly. But it is part of technology sometimes and everything being web based. Also, during training when you go peer to peer, some of the peer's are not really the best mentors an will really push you to do take calls when you are not ready to, which may be good or bad. For me it ended badly. Not for everybody else, but sometimes people just are not ready and people need to know when to listen to someone as to now cause an anxiety or panic attaack because it can be nerve racking when you genuinely do not feel ready to take that first call.
