Low pay compared to other companies in the same role. Price customers pay extremely high compared to other companies, difficult to justify the value of Pella products compared to other companies. All around not competitive to other companies in the Window industry. Pella relies solely on brand recognition to sell products, with more companies offering better quality and prices it's impossible to win new customers.
