Pros

- Very nice Boston office, and it's nice to start with a large Analyst class - The mentor process is good, but think that is largely based on who you get - Good PTO and benefits

Cons

- Poor pay, but think it's getting better. However, no bonuses. - No one ever goes into the office, so it's tough to develop as a young hire. This leads to not knowing anyone in the company as an Analyst besides who you are on project with - The above lead to me feeling like Peloton had no culture at times. Seems like it is a great place to work if you are 30+ with a family, but if you are looking for a place to start your career it isn't great. However, if you appreciate WFH freedom then this is for you.

Pros

All of leadership is highly tenured. All have been around the organization for 10+ years, moving through different verticals and duties. Lots of room for growth and advancement. Very competitive pay and a helpful/welcoming demeanor carried by the vast majority of the company. Really does strive to hire for culture fit just as much as technical and functional acumen. Benefit costs to employee are very low! PTO is “unlimited”, plus holidays, including the week between Christmas-New Year.

Cons

Truly nitpicking for some negatives: Max 401k company match @ $2k /yr. This is low in the industry. No company Amex for travel. (This may be a positive for some consultants).
