It's a cult and you must "drink the Kool-aid". The constant false enthusiasm and forced fake smiles will become wearisome. Employees get congratulated, ad nauseum, via mass emails for any minor accomplishment. All day, every day! Therefore, those kudos lose all meaning. "Oh yayyyy! Great job on putting tbe toilet seat down, Spencer!!! You're the greatest!!!" The CEO micromanages every little issue and definitely needs to begin proofreading his postings.
