      -Work from home (for now) -Decent pay $19 in most areas -Sometimes decent hours

      Cons

      -Non-empathetic leadership -Major changes constantly -Vague corporate emails to let you know of changes -No guarantees on shifts -High turnover rate on most lines of business -Micromanagement on new metrics -No foreseeable raise but added work -Constantly angry members

      They took work - life balance serious. Provided 1 mental health day a month in addition to your pto and sick time. At the time they were commited to being an inclusive company

      Really my only issue changing the CRMs every few months
