Pros
Good pay, nice benefits, 2 live channels to work on. For example : phones or chats but be prepared to be on phones for majority of the weeks.
Cons
Shift bids, not flexible with work life balance. If you have children or other oblations than forget it. Don't even waste your time applying. They stuck the Tempe team with the grave yard shift with working till 8 pm everyday and no weekends off... oh and constant company changes that affect you in many ways.
