Cons
Terrible leadership, constant logistics issues that seemingly had no resolution. Frivolous spending on programs and groups for minorities that would have been better suited to brainstorming new SOPs and supply chain hurdles. The main con is that promoting from within is only beneficial if you know the right people. Peloton is a popularity contest. Inadequate leadership is promoted while better qualified agents are overlooked. Also, surprise random corporate layoffs are always a possibility.
